About the Role:

Bethlehem Capital is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Risk Planner to strengthen the firm’s ability to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks across its investment and operational activities. This role is critical to ensuring the firm’s stability, resilience, and long-term strategic success.

The ideal candidate will excel at analyzing financial, strategic, and operational risks, developing risk frameworks, and implementing policies that support sustainable and responsible growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize financial, operational, and strategic risks across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct in-depth risk analysis using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and prepare detailed risk reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support risk assessments related to new investments, projects, and business initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular risk reviews, audits, and scenario planning exercises.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance organizational resilience and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Certifications such as FRM, PRM, or CFA are a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in risk planning, risk analysis, or compliance, preferably within the investment or financial industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in risk measurement tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex risk insights clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
