About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, contracts, investments, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents with clients, partners, and vendors.

- Support due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and investment transactions.

- Represent the firm in legal matters and liaise with external counsel as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Law degree from a recognized university; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a legal advisor or counsel, preferably in corporate, investment, or financial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
